Every person’s path to healing is different, which is why I integrate talk therapy with creative, experiential methods that can reach what words sometimes cannot. I offer expressive arts and sandtray therapy as powerful tools for exploration and growth – especially helpful when processing trauma, navigating identity, or finding new ways to express emotion.
I offer both in-person sessions in Amsterdam and online therapy for adults in English.

Group Counseling
Group therapy offers a unique space to connect with others in a meaningful and supportive way. Sharing experiences in a group setting can reduce isolation, foster insight, and create a sense of belonging – especially when navigating life’s challenges.
Each group member brings their own perspective, and through listening and reflection, participants often discover new ways of understanding themselves and others. This is a space grounded in respect, confidentiality, and shared growth – where you are encouraged to show up as you are and move forward at your own pace.
I offer groups that use sandtray and expressive arts techniques, including art therapy, music therapy, creative writing, dance therapy, and more.
